Capital Cadillac in the news

NEW DEALERSHIP NEW DESIGNS SAME GREAT AUTOMOBILE

BY JEFF THITOFF COLUMBUS DISPATCH

Cadillac is evolving, but is still an icon among American automobiles. Joseph Auto Group recently opened Capitol
Cadillac in Dublin. The Cadillac your grandfather drove is much different than the Cadillac of today, an the place
you go to buy that Cadillac also has changed.

In late summer, Joseph Auto Group opened Capitol Cadillac in Dublin on West Dublin-Granville Road. J
Auto Group, which is based in Cincinnati, previously operated the Hummer of Columbus dealership at the same
location.

"We started on Aug. 25, and so far we've exceeded the sales objectives set by Cadillac," said Max Machuta general
manager of Capitol Cadillac.

ViIVina, general sales manager, said Joseph Auto Group is getting the word out that Cadillac sets the standard for
American luxury vehicles.

"It's a very loyal brand, and Cadillac is constantly upgrading," Vina said. "Cadillac is really leading the way."

Leading is much easier with the addition of the Cadillac CTS-V sedan to the manufacturer's line up of five vehicles. Most
people don't associate fast with Cadillac, but the CTS-V is changing that.

"It's the fastest production sedan in the world, from zero to 60 in 3.9 seconds," Machuta said. "It's a Cadillac."

Vina said Cadillac will introduce two new models - the XTS and the ATS in 2012 - followed by a new generation
CTS and then a new Escalade.

Machuta added that even in this still-recovering economy, people are buying Cadillacs, and that they are more
affordable than most people realize.

"We have some exciting products here, some attractive offers, there is still a 'buy American' sentiment out there and
the vehicles are affordable," he said. "If you think a Camry is affordable, you can lease a CTS for about the same
price."

In addition to offering impressive vehicles, Capitol Cadillac also is focusing on serving its customers.

Another Joseph Auto Group dealership, Camargo Cadillac in Cincinnati, sets the standard.

''The Josephs are well known for taking care of customers and Camargo is the largest Cadillac dealer in the state
and also has the highest customer satisfaction rate in the state," according to Machuta. "We want to offer the same
kind of customer experience here."

Capitol Cadillac's sales staff and technicians go through an extensive training program in order to be able to sell and
service the vehicles.

''You can get your oil changed here for no more than you would at a Jiffy Lube and you would get that factory-
trained technician who might be able to spot something that's going wrong," Machuta said. "Our multi-point
inspection is a benefit, because it can prevent someone from having a mechanical breakdown on the road."

In addition to new models, also making its debut in 2012 is the Cadillac User Experience (CUE), which will allow
owners to interact with and personalize their car in ways they've never been able to before, Vina said.

CUE pairs entertainment and information data from up to 10 Bluetooth-enabled mobile devices, SD cards,MP3
players and USBs with a system that relies on voice commands and features fewer buttons and larger icons.

"You can connect to your Blackberry, your iPhone or your Android (through) your Cadillac," Machuta said. "There's
voice-activated controls and it can read your Facebook page to you while you are driving, for example."

The Cadillac is a symbol of success, something that goes along with achieving something important.

Barbara Gizzo of Westerville received the keys to a new Cadillac CTS on Thursday for reaching "Cadillac Level"
sales for Mary Kay. Capitol Cadillac presented Gizzo with a Mary Kay Pink Caddy.

"For more than 40 years, the Mary Kay Pink Cadillac has been an iconic symbol of success," said Tory Ball, sales
consultant at Capitol Cadillac. "It's the most sought-after prize among Mary Kay's two million independent sales force
members."
